"Carl arrived on time, in fact he was a little early.  He even picked up the baseboards at the store for me since I couldn't fit them in my SUV.  He immediately set to work and flew through the jobs that I thought would take all day.  His work is precise.  The baseboards were cut to perfection.  He was very personable and answered all my questions.  He had all the proper tools to complete the job which is a huge plus!  I had the glass repaired on my front door previously and the trim needed to be painted.  He ended up painting the whole door for me.  I can't say enough positive about Carl.  He answers every call that he receives.  I plan to have him back to do some whole house painting and moulding installation.  I was lucky to get him so quickly as he is super busy.

"MOriginally I purchased the track repair. Ben was very responsive and quick to set an appointment. He contacted me before coming to the house and was punctual. He did an excellent job of sizing up what needed to be done. My three door slider was non functional. You could not budge the door and the track was literally lifting up (broken).  Ben and his help did an outstanding job and today my door works like it did when it was brand new. I can tell you I will absolutely be sending referrals Ben way. If you have issues with sliding doors etc. dont hesitate. Call these guys. No need to suffer. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. This was not an easy job as only 5 slats of wood, the the middle of the floor, had to be removed and replaced.
