"My Plumber Seth Williams was professional, knowledgeable, and neat. Seth showed up on time and kept me informed of what needed to be done. What should have been a routine toilet installation, but in my older house it was not. The old flange was cobbled in and bent Seth took the time and effort to repair the pipe and install the flange correctly. The new toilet would not flush after installation, Seth made the effort to troubleshoot the problem that was the fault of the seller or the manufacturer. I am very thankful to Admiral Pluming for sending Seth Williams."

"I wanted to write about our experiences with Cedrick Jones and Gold Star Adjusters. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."

We have had to call Genesis plumbing out several times and each time they arrived in a timely manner, the plumber was knowledgeable and friendly, completed the job in a timely manner and their pricing is fair. They send me before and after pictures which is amazing, they make it so easy. Barbara is one of the owner's and dispatches the calls. She's always friendly and professional. We have used them several times and highly recommend them. Not being local is scary for us because when we call for service, we need the job done and do not want to be ripped off.
