"I am so impressed by the service I received from Alpha Foundations. From our initial meeting with Julio to the awesome team of Kevin H, Nick D, Reese W, Dalin and Junior, this has been a wonderful experience! Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, and wanted to ensure that I understood and was comfortable with what was going to happen from start to finish. Besides their quality of work, i was truly impressed by their level of constant communication with me. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations!"

"Joe did a fantastic job of moving some plumbing in the wall. There was a small opening and he managed to move the pipes without needing to cut further into the drywall making it super easy to clean up afterwards. Very happy with the results. Will use again in the future."

"I've used their service three times. The service they provide can't be beat. The first time I used them was after hurricane Irma when my pump head (I think that's what it was called) stopped working and the house started to flood. The septic water was not being sucked out the septic tank into the drain field causing sewage/water to build up and back up into our house. They came out the same day and figured out the problem and since the part I needed would not be available until the next day (Saturday) they pumped out the the septic tank given us the ability to use our water without it flooding for the night since by pumping out the septic tank it would have more space available to store waste. The next day they came out and installed a new pump. Everything worked perfectly thereafter. The second time they came out was because our water was backing up again which was about a year later. We were concerned since we just had the pump fixed. They came out the same day to access the problem; come to find out the switch to the pump had been accidently knocked into the off possition - probably by the lawn guys we hired. So he flipped back the switch and it started pumping and everything was well. We did feel a little silly. But everytime they respond to our calls we learn something new about having a septic tank. (By the way we are first time home buyers.) The next time they came out we had another leak which we later found out had nothing to do with the septic tank and the plumber who came out quickly isolated the problem. This time it was due to a leak in our shower from someone who had recently remolded our bathroom. They didn't even charge us the third time because they never had to dig which was a relief! So this time we got insurance involved and got our bathroom repaired, we needed a new shower pan liner, and now we are hopefully done with leaks. Ooh the joys of buying a new/old house. I am very grateful for Rooter One they are the best!!! I will always hire them for my plumbing needs and septic pump out. Love Love ❤️ their team."

"I purchased the special dryer vent cleaning package and with a few days a very nice young man arrived to clean out the vent. The service technician was very professional and personable. The dryer is located in a very small laundry room and Robert managed to pull it out from the wall. Then I turned off the water so he could detach the hose for the steam cycle and within about an hour he had cleaned a ton of lint from the back of the dryer and the outside ventilation vent. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and the dryer works so much better now. I will definitely use this company again."

"I called the customer service number provided on this site and spoke to Rosie. I explained my situation and she immediately scheduled a service call for Monday between 9AM and 12PM.  Mark arrived at 9:30 AM and I explained my problem. He immediately went to my panel and discovered the double-tap. Mark was very professional and explained in detail why the double-tap existed and what could be done to correct it and how much it would cost to do the work.
As for my breaker for the well pump tripping, Mark troubleshooted and discovered a problem with the well pump electrical feed panel. It had been wired incorrectly and was old and brittle, literraly breaking into small pieces while he was troubleshooting it! Again, he explained everything he would need to do to replace and re-wire the box and gave me a fair price.
Needless to say I authorized both repairs and once Mark finished the job about 2 1/2 hours later, everything was working perfectly, but best of all, Elite Electric saved me from having my insurance cancelled!!  Thanks Mark for a job well done, and kudos to Elite for the great service that was provided!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT ELITE!

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"After carefully reviewing the entire system, Brian concluded that the best course of action would be to replace the compressor. Within three hours, we were contacted by Jupiter Tequesta AC and Heating and informed that Brian will be here tomorrow to install a new compressor. We were delighted not only with their excellent service, but feel that Brian was instrumental in the decision to make our system operational. He is definitely a company man, and has the well being of both the customer and company at the forefront. He also gave us his personal business card and offered for us to contact him directly at any time. If you have a complex problem with your air conditioning, we would recommend Brian as your number one choice."

"Fantastic!!! This had been an ongoing problem since November2021 gradually getting worse. Kept calling a Plummer short term/ sometimes nothing to being fixed. I decided to look elsewhere. Jay came out in less than 10 min told me what was wrong. Came the next day and fixed my problem. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Super efficient, definitely knows what he is doing. They are all a very nice group."

FAQs for sump pump or interior foundation drains installation projects in Indiantown, FL

Most residential pumps draw approximately 1,300 to 2,900 watts when they first start, then settle at roughly 800 to 1,050 watts during normal operation. The exact number depends on the motor’s horsepower and how often the float switch tells the pump to run. Even at the high end, the electricity cost is minor compared with the expense of cleaning up a flooded basement.

Grab a ruler and an empty 18‑inch‑wide pit. During a steady rain, time how much the water rises in one minute. Multiply that depth (in inches) by 60 to calculate gallons per hour, then add 50% for safety. If the result tops 2,100 gallons per hour—about 35 gallons a minute—you’ll need a 3/4‑horsepower unit. Anything lower, and a 1/3- or 1/2-horsepower pump should do the trick.

Loud rattling, constant cycling, or shuddering vibrations are the pump’s way of telling you it’s on its last legs. Musty smells, higher electric bills, and visible rust are other red flags. If the unit is 10 years old or older and exhibits any of these symptoms, replace it before the next heavy rain turns your basement into a wading pool.

You don’t have to hire a licensed plumber, but you should still bring in someone who installs sump pumps for a living—whether that’s a plumber, basement‑waterproofing specialist, or experienced handyman. They know the local codes, can wire the pump safely, and will test the system before they leave. Skipping professional help might void the warranty and could leave you with a pump that fails when you need it most.

Not every basement needs a pump, but if your home sits in a floodplain, has a high water table, or has ever taken on water during a storm, a sump pump is inexpensive insurance. For basements that only struggle with condensation or the occasional damp spot, sealing cracks and improving drainage may be all that is needed.
