"Anyone who has waterproofing needs should hire Bill and his team. They are fantastic. I am the President of our HOA ( 5 townhome building) and a resident in one of the 5 units. The building had a number of areas in our underground common area and one resident's garage in particular where water was draining from outside of the foundation of the building. There were no less than 4 separate areas where water was entering the interior of the building. Of all the contractors we interviewed for the job, Bill was the most honest, practical, thoughtful and analytical in his approach to the job. He was more like a surgeon carefully dissecting the problem and then fixing the issues, one a time rather than what most of the other contractors wanted to do, which was tear up the east side of the building and "we'll then see what the problem is." He and his team showed up everyday they said they would - on time. They worked hard and cleaned up their work area every time they were there. He tested his work (flooding areas and letting the water sit for 48+ hours) to make sure he had done the job right and completely. He explained what he was going to do and then he did it. "There were 2 teams that came to the door, one for the deck and the other for the paver project, I explained the details and even showed them a somewhat blueprint of my dream deck and these guys were on point! ... The pavers were finished quick and my old deck was demolished, the wood was in pretty bad shape. The guys built it and refinished it with the waterproof stain I had chosen. I was amazed at their hard work. Maybe once or twice they ran late by coming in 15/20 min  late,  but they did a great job overall.

"Jeanette cld. to confirm appt. which was appreciated, and Danny was prompt.  Both of these two ESI employees are above par with courtesy and manners.  Danny is knowledgeable and patient about explaining any problems.  The only issue that was not good was that Danny, who'd come out to inspect our raised foundations, had no crawl suit nor safety glasses/gloves to do the job properly.  It is impossible to lean down or partially enter the back crawl space with a flashlight and see the area that we are concerned about, as a long solid concrete wall/footing is in the way.  It must be crawled.  We loaned Danny one of our clean crawl suits that were used in our work.  This was the only unprofessional slip-up that Danny made, as he surely should have the proper tools to do the job...(crawlsuit, safety glasses) before he arrives to inspect any raised foundation.  His explanations were great, he is patient and kind, and the bid is reasonable.
