"GK Painting: Gary Kassabian, GK Painting Company, is an expert, detailed, knowledgeable, thorough, and pro-active contractor whom I have relied on for several years. He first painted the interior of my two-story town house with absolute perfection. Since then he has followed up on several repairs at my town house through the years, i.e., insulation, dry wall, pipe-fitting, vanity replacement, and painting which have occurred due to problems created by other plumbing companies. Above and beyond the call of duty, he contacted the company who recently installed a new water heater for me since they did not complete the installation per code resulting in their immediate action to comply. Most recently he actually “saved the day” by single-handedly discovering a new water leak due to a malfunctioning air conditioning pump during the hottest week in 2020 in the garage which created yet another leak in the walls adjacent to the original problem he was contracted to repair, just prior to his repairing that recent plumbing problem and he personally arranged an air conditioning company to immediately install the new air conditioning pump. "From our first phone conversation that we had with Eli at SES builders, I understood that this is a different company that work differently from all the other ones. Eli really understood the value of the relationship that must have when a remodeling project is achieved and he understood clearly our expectations. During our meetings at our that house, Eli didn’t relied just on our personal design concepts and more than that, his design process started with our design preferences and included additional solutions to several items that we wanted to have but unfortunately they couldn’t be implemented. One of the ideas of Eli was to take down one wall that separated our kitchen from the rest of the house and we loved that idea because it made the house with a much larger open space. The remodeling went fast and Eli made sure that the crew will work at the house on a daily basis making sure that the daily tasks will be accomplished. While the work was in progress, Eli went with us to several vendors in order to select the right materials for our remodeling. They recently finished our 8-unit homeowners associated town home in Redondo Beach and did an excellent job. Michael is a pleasure to work with and spent a lot of time with us in selecting the design and model of windows that were right for the project. He started with reviewing all the various manufacturers, models and style to make sure we selected the right product. He was very willing to work with us on price and installation time frame with his ultimate aim being happiness that we got the right product and the right job done the first time. We interviewed several window companies and selected Frontier because of their capabilities, price, and willingness to work with us. The installation process for replacement windows was a very smooth operation. They could install all 12 units, approximately 70 windows in 7 days, including setup, removal of old windows, installation and clean up. The people who ran the installation were also a pleasure to work with, they really cared about the project turning out correctly and spent a lot of time with us on the last day making sure each detail was perfect. The company itself is also very respectful of personal privacy and COVID protocols to keep us safe, which we appreciated.
