"I have been unable to successfully engage more than 1 of the "Pros" on Angi for large and varying construction and remodel projects. In fact I have had only one contact me and he REFUSED to accommodate me during initial contact. I have retained the texts that I did receive from him before he shut me out. I explained very clearly that I had special needs that I needed an accommodation for a few initial contacts. Those would be being our conversation through text or email as I could not immediately use a phone. Any common person would look at my request and see that there was something behind the initial contact limitations. He then acted as if I wouldn't be willing to meet in person so he could see the job site to which I stated that an in person contact wouldn't be an issue, just using a phone. Apparently the contractor had more than enough work because from that point on he ghosted me. I attempted to reinitiate contact for almost a month but was never replied to. Not that I should have to ever explain the reason why I needed a short-term accommodation, nor should anyone in a similar situation as I, for contact either through text, email or in person, but suffice to say I have some personal limitations and this experience has left me with the impression that he is intolerant of special needs (aka disabilities). "TimberRidge Pro did a fine job on our master bath renovation . AJ was great at offering ideas and suggestions for products to use. He actually met us at Home Depot to help us make choices! That was VERY impressive! He began our job 2 weeks early (what contractor does that?) and had all of our products ready to go. He covered all of the areas leading to the bathroom and kept the job site neat and clean. That is also a biggie, because many contractors and their helpers leave messes! Not TimberRidge Pro! They clean up their worksites as if they were their own homes. After 6 days, we had a new entire shower, vanity with lighted mirror, sink and quartz sinktop, new luxury vinyl flooring, all new lighting, a plumbing problem from the old shower resolved, a new access panel to the shower installed, and the bathroom painted nicely. We had an issue with the glass shower door. It came in defective from the supplier. AJ obtained a new shower door that was much sturdier, tore out the bad one and replaced it with a much better door. (We split the cost of the upgraded glass door). AJ honored all of the line items in our contract and totally took care of some minor things on our punch list with ease. His price was reasonable and our new master bath looks amazing! We would highly recommend TimberRidge Pro for your next bathroom project and we would certainly use this contractor again!"
