"The job was accomplished & finished in August 2021. He was very respectful & enthusiastic to do our project as it was a custom design job. It was an intriguing job since it involved various metal angles & trying to adhere to code requirements. There was an initial railing done, but we were not happy with the fact that it wasn’t adhering to code standards. He created a new railing to replace the initial one. We are extremely pleased with the job he did. He’s young, professional & really worked with us and the initial design that we intended to have completed for our main floor renovation. He’s very flexible & great with any creative input you may express to him. When we will need future Iron work done we feel extremely confident that he will be the one to do our future projects. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."
