I hired Schmitty's to remove an old double bowl kitchen sink and faucet with a new single bowl sink and upgraded faucet. There was no upselling or attempts to convince us to replace our garbage disposal which two of the other plumbers recommended we do. We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Partners Drake and Gage came out to our home as scheduled, and they got to work immediately working efficiently and thoroughly. We appreciated their no-nonsense, honest, prompt service, and very fair pricing. I chose Schmitty's based on the positive customer reviews, and would hire them again. I told them I would recommend them to all my friends who have plumbing needs!"

"Zach and his crew were amazing! Our old water heater sprung a massive leak at 2:00am on a Saturday morning. Contacted Zach at 7:30am and he called right back and was here within the hour. Not only did we replace our water heater with a tankless model, but also moved it from the second floor to garage. Zach did all of this on a Saturday for a flat fee!! He and his crew were here for 9 hours without complaint or even seeming to take a rest!! Knockout Plumbing is indeed a 'Knockout' and I would highly recommend!! Kudos to all!!"

"Lead plumber Mitchell, did great service with even better follow up. As with a lot of services, it comes down to the actual person with which you interact. Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character."

Hot water tank replacement both electric and gas, re-plumbing a house, finish trim such as vanity, bathrooms, kitchen sink, etc. Installing clean out for mainline side sewer, scoping and clearing obstructions for mainline side sewer, digging down and replacing clogged side sewers. What is impressive and important to me is the sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality of work. In my 20 years of looking after houses, Nathan is by far the best plumber I?ve ever worked. And on top of all of that, I find the pricing to be very competitive.."

"Jason and Henry crawled  through a very unpleasant 3' space between our first and second floor to find out that there was a double ptrap install and the vent line just venting into open space. They corrected the plumbing, installed a studer cap and brought everything upto code (fixing the bad smell) problem.

I really appreciate there willingness to belly craw into a tight space to solve the problem without having to cut a hole in the celling.

"Vlad was very prompt, respectful, yet personable and more than sincere in his motivation to assist with my plumbing problem. After replacing the pipes, the sink was still backing up, so he ran a snake through it a handful of times, but to no avail. He had come to the conclusion that it may be backed up much further down, and that was out of his scope of work, and with regret, he recommended other companies that would be able to assist. About 30 minutes after he left, he called me back and explained how awful he felt about not being able resolve my original issue. He informed me that he would like to make one more attempt (this was after I had already paid him the full amount), and that he was going to Home Depot to purchase a more effective tool, and said that he would be willing to go into the crawl space if it came to that. He arrived back at my house shortly after and went right back to trying to break up whatever was clogging the drains. After 4 attempts, it finally worked! The relief and the gratitude I felt was enormous! Vlad did not request any money after coming back the second time, and I think he was as happy as I was to have it working! I can't thank Vlad enough for going the extra mile, being so loyal to his work ethic, and putting his other priorities on hold to complete a job he could have easily walked away from after being paid. "They provided me with information about repair of three 23 year old builder grade toilets vs replacing them. Gave me price options for toilets that would meet our needs, arranged for removal and installation within a couple days. They were here on time and within 1 1/2 hours had removed all 3, cleaned where the old toilets had been, hauled them away and had installed and caulked all 3 and were in their way. Their plumbers were respectful, friendly and professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs."
