"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. "Outstanding, Prompt and HONEST service!! I called Billy the Sunshine Plumber at 8:45am today  (Monday) because My in-sink disposal had just stopped working. The very nice woman that answered the phone asked what my issue was. She advised me she could have a technician call me and arrange a time to come look at the problem the same day.  Within an hour and a half, I got a call from a guy named Dan who said he could be at the house in 30 minutes. WOW... great I said and 25 minutes later Dan and JR arrived. <br /> I told them that the disposal just stopped working and showed them when I flipped the power switch on the wall it did nothing. It was working this morning and then just made a weird noise and buzzing sound then stopped working. It is an old model so I assumed it had just passed on to sink disposal heaven. They looked at it inside and out and then twisted something under the unit itself  and said to me . "I think the blades were just jammed up " and proceeded to flip the power switch and waa-lah, it was working just fine now!!. There was a small piece of chicken bone jammed in there as well that they found and dug out. <br /> NOW here's what you need to know as a fellow consumer! These guys could have easily told me, yes sir, this disposal is dead and needs replacement. and I would have never known the difference and told them OK go ahead and replace it. As a matter of fact you can guarantee MOST other plumbing company techs would have done just that and taken full advantage of the fact that I obviously knew  no better. BUT NOOOOOOO... not Dan and JR from Billy's. They were totally HONEST and upfront and fixed the problem and the disposal in less than 20 minutes  and then proceeded to clean the blades in the unit by grinding ice cubes with it. <br /> Next I waited for the Bill as I never asked when I called or  when they arrived what it would cost. I thought I was gonna be in for at least $300-$400 to replace the disposal plus labor when I made the call. Nope .. Final bill was only $89.00 for the service call. I would have thought a general service call costs $100-$150... as that seems to be the standard with Plumbers, Electricians, A/C repair ..etc... but not with Billy the Sunshine Plumbers. $89.00 was a total bargain!! <br /> To anyone looking for ANY type of pluming work, I highly recommend you contact Billy the Sunshine Plumber. These people are HONEST, reasonably priced, and extremely proficient and professional. Hats off to you all at Billy's for doing the right thing and offering such  great work and fair prices in an industry that's filled with sharks and scam artists that over charge and price gouge!  <br /> <br /> <br />"
