"First of all, the job appears to have been done well. I say appears because we were not home when they did the job. I gave specific dates that we would be available but instead they emailed me several days before the chosen dates (which I did not get until after the fact) to say they were on their way to my house (we were out of town). I was a bit put off that they did the job with no one at home and without my approval. There was a bit of a mess left behind but the gutters run clean now.
