"Novaks had available what we wanted for a furnace.  We were looking for a single stage that would meet the requirements of the area utility rebates.  The cleaning of duct work and installation was flawless.  They were also extremely helpful and made it a priority in testing the system after installation as well as filling out all of the required submission forms with our responsibility only to sign as verification of the home owner.  I've waited almost an entire year to fill out this survey because I wanted to have tested the system in the coldest of winter and warmest of summer to verify that a sufficient system had been installed since the BTU rating was lower than or previous system.  We have had no issues at all since the install and are hoping for a reliable system in the years to come. <br />"

"I was told that Brandt is one of the only providers in the area who will look at gas fireplaces, so I felt that I pretty much had to use them to address this issue. Scheduling was difficult. When I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist told me that there was no way to know which date he would be able to come to my home to perform the work. If I don't know what date he is coming, that makes it very hard and stressful for me to juggle my plans and be able to get a day off work to be home for this service. This is why I am giving a "C" for Responsiveness and a "B" for Overall. I told the receptionist my preferred date (which she seemed somewhat annoyed by), planned around that, and as it turned out he was able to come on that date. He called me the evening before to confirm he would be able to come on that date. He arrived maybe twenty minutes earlier than expected, which wasgreat. Once he got there he worked hard and did a great job cleaning the fireplace. My fireplace hadn't been cleaned properly in years and was super gross, but he was a professional about it. He gave good advice about how I could clean it myself in the future with a vacuum brush attachment and special cleaners for fireplace glass. In the end he did a great job, but I don't think I would use them again as scheduling was too stressful. <br />"

"This company is excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone I know. This was my first time using this company and I'm so glad I did! The crew was very courteous and professional. The carpet looks great! I did experience what another reviewer referred to as brown out. The guys I spoke with said it's basically oxidation and it happens sometimes when the carpet dries too slowly, so be sure to put your AC/heat to the recommended temp and extra fans if you've got them. When they came to take care of the brown out I was very pleased to know that they fix that for free. It's a very quick fix, they just re-clean the affected area. But if you've got a die stain that's an entirely different type of spot and would need specialized treatment so it's not part of the normal cleaning cost. My final price would have been higher if I had chosen to have the rooms treated with scotchguard but we decided to pass on it this time, there was no pressure from them to upgrade it which I appreciated. The crew guys we're very nice on the second time too. Don't hesitate to use this company. They are professional, they are priced very well and they work hard to clean your carpets as best as they can."
