"Each person I talked to was professional and helpful and knowledgable. This includes Rob, Claudia and the two men who came out to do the work. Time will tell whether their promise of another 10-20 years with this fence holds true, but they have given be every reason to trust them and to enjoy working with them. I will most definitely seek them out if I need other fence work and I would recommend the company to anyone. I think this was a hard job, too. I had another fence company come out prior to Geo Bros and was told, "I won't touch that crap" (the previous owners did a real poor job on the fence a couple years ago), but Rob from Geo Bros didn't shy away from the hard work. It was really refreshing to have so many positive exchanges with each employee I encountered. The men who did the job explained to me what they were doing and didn't mind at all that my 15 month old was fascinated by them working out back!"

"Elder was great to work with, he did a thorough walk through to ensure he knew exactly what we needed done, and then was quick to send over an accurate estimate. The work was done on time, on budget, with no issues. I appreciated their flexibility to do a little more than we originally discussed, and the crews' ability to remove the old fence, cut down trees/stumps as needed, and work around any potential issues was very important. "When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"

"I met first with Scott to explain what I wanted and to get estimates. Then Jim, the master deck maker, took over the actual work. I found both men to be professional, easy to talk with, good listeners, and flexible with my unique situation. I love that Jim doesn't jump between multiple jobs but starts and finishes one job at a time, so I'm not left with something half done wondering when he'll be back. Jim is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work, and rightly so. Really, he IS a perfectionist. My deck is not the most "upscale" version they can do, yet I've received compliments from others who stain decks for a living (Jim does not stain decks). Jim went the extra mile for us when we really wanted cable railings but had a limited budget. He found a rail system we could afford. When it turned out that the hardware was very fussy and time-consuming to install he kept at it until it was right while keeping to the budget. We asked for a gate with ballusters instead of cable railing to save a little money. But Jim found a way to do it with the cables, knowing the gate would not otherwise look right. Our perfectionist was so right about that; and the collars at the bottom of the posts and the mitered corners of the stairs, and hand selection of the individual boards, and the railings, and the copper flashing, all add up to a deck built with care and pride, by Jim and by his loyal crew. I could not be happier!"

"From the quote to the follow up I was so happy with the entire process. The work is not contracted out. It was done by the family who owns the company and their employees. They were quick, considerate and accommodating to the fact I had other work going on and they had to deal with dig safe because of the gas pipeline in my yard. The price was great and right on target with my numerous other quotes. They had a wonderful selection of fences and actually listened and asked questions. I have done a lot of work on my house and this company far exceeds any of the contractors I have used so far. So much so that I have never written a review before. They just did such a great job I think other people need to know!"
