"Jason and his crew were on time and within budget. They communicated well, and let me know how the timeline looked along the way. They even flexed on their schedule when I realized I could get my painter into the small bathroom space just as RENOVATE was ready to wrap up their work. My project, a tear out and replacement of a very small full bath, was completed in 9 days, start to finish. While this was a "simple" tear out and replace job, there were some tricky aspects to it including updating the 1946 plumbing, enclosing a window that was in the exterior shower wall, and making sure the fixtures all fit well and looked nice once installed. My condo is on the first floor of a renovated Victorian building so the rooms have high ceilings and lots of molding. "My kitchen and bathroom renovations are in process. United Home Solutions was willing to step into renovations in process when the first contractor could not continue. The carpentry team is well along with installation of cabinets, trim and baseboards and will build custom shelving. The quality of the work is excellent. They worked with me to choose trim compatible with original trim in my 1860 clapboard home and it looks great! The board and plaster team closed up the remaining spaces with smooth walls. The countertop team and painter have been scheduled. These are good people to work with on a project that has endless decisions in my older home as they discuss the possibilities and know how to implement decisions reached."
