We worked with Palmetto Renovations from fall of 2023 through February of this year and we should have connected with their design specialty showroom and staff years ago as our home has never looked better. Our kitchen finally features real stone quartzite with a blend of stunning LVP waterproof flooring, elegant tiled backsplash and an entirely new lighting system from chandeliers to the under cabinet lighting. They replaced a window in the bay area to match the exterior clad. All trim was stained and by the time things were wrapped up, there were no imperfections to even address. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"We ordered the pad, they sent us a kit to create the template used to make the pad. Was easy to use and sent it back. A few weeks later the pad came and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied."

I walked in one night right before they were about close and they sat there with me for another 30 minutes patiently and worked with me on what I needed. Their customer service, their willingness to go above and beyond to give you what you want or need you are satisfied with what you get. The owner is always around. I even made friends with the people who take furniture to your car. They just have really, really good people."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"I found Kayla in a Facebook group in the Upstate SC area. I am renovating a home in Simpsonville that will be a rental property and I had some concerns about space planning in the main living area and kitchen and felt like I should hire a professional before I pulled the trigger on my cabinet purchase. I also wanted help with selecting finishes for the remainder of the house. Kayla came to the home under renovation and we went over my Pinterest boards and concerns about the space. She helped me make the initial decisions and has been on "retainer" ever since. I have already met her at another one of my properties already that needs a "refresh" and plan to use her at a third property later in the year. Kayla is responsive and professional. I highly recommend using her and I will continue using her in the future."

"I first met Scott with this company when he was doing my parents home and my mom was raving about his work. Later on, he had done one of their friends homes as well remodeling their kitchen. Well, when I noticed the bottom of my shower cracked I knew exactly who to call and was pleased with him as well! He is able to take an idea and expand on it making it better than my original one. He is an artist when it comes to his work. He was able to save me some money by getting me a deal on a certain type of tile and allowing me to upgrade from the pre fab type stuff I already had in my house. I am soo planning on a major project to my kitchen soon and will be calling on this company again.
