"After a significant DIY wood floor refinishing fail, Cheryl calmly talked me off the ledge and reassured me that all was not lost. I left my spare key for them and they came in and restored the floor in my husbands office to pristine condition in a matter of just a few short days. The floor is beautiful and the service they provided was the best I have ever experienced. I trusted them completely to come into my home while I was away and they honored that trust by being respectful of my home and my pets. They communicated very well with me throughout the process. Very responsive. My money was well spent with them. Great investment!"

"We were in a bind when our flooring installer banged out on the scheduled day of installation. Steve came out that day to estimate the job. He had his crew there the next day and they were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our floor is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job!"

"Quality Flooring and Renovations started when they said they would, and completed when they said they. Everyone was professional and very .courteous. The flooring is outstanding and installed well. We could not be happier with the installation and quality of the flooring. The cost was within our expectation, and most strongly recommend Quality Flooring and Renovations for anyone needing flooring. Very Respecfully, William Monroe"

"Our overall experience with spry was great. The service that they provided was timely efficient and they pay attention to detail. This was the best move that we could have made when it came to installing the floors. We will continue to use their services any time it is required."

"All 5 of the individual craftsmen associated with this pro service provider performed their services in an outstanding manner. They were extremely prompt, consistently arriving on time each morning and staying on the job until that day's planned tasks were successfully completed, even when unexpected problems caused a delay. The tile work in the refurbished shower was impeccable and the final look is beyond pleasing, and the other, more minor repair tasks were completed with equally pleasing results. Cleanup was immaculate. Overall, attention to detail in all aspects of the job could be evidenced just by looking around. Great job, and well worth the hiring effort."

"The projects went GREAT!  The carpet was installed professionally and in a timely manner (1 day for two rooms).  The hardwoods took a little longer and there were a couple of unforeseen issues (not the fault of the company or installers) however they were quickly corrected.  I will definitely use them again when we start our next project.  LOVE my new floors AND my new carpet!"

"Smooth and easy, very professional, prompt.  Removed a couple of stains I thought wouldn't come out.  They didn't waste anytime getting the job done.

"Very well. Teams showed up on time and were very considerate keeping areas clean as they worked and completed projects."

"Greg Martin is an excellent contractor/manager. He, his employees and his subcontractors maintained a smoke free, cuss-free presence. The quality of his crew's work was well above average to exceptional. Greg is an excellent communicator and throughout the four week renovation located many items that while not part of the stated contract did meet the stated goals of an inclusive renovation and correction of all discovered faults. His advice was sound and he would include alternatives that met the goals I had described. This renovation was of a 1,394 SF ranch home built in 1970 that had a partial renovation in 2004. All drywall was smoothed and imperfections removed. Areas with paneling were removed and replaced with drywall. Ceilings were scraped as needed and all walls and ceilings were first sealed then repainted in three coats and ceiling "popcorn" was applied for a uniform finish. All HVAC grills were cleaned and replaced with new including two return air filtered vents and two passive pass-through vents. A 400 SF family room addition (not included in home SF above) was treated to perfected wall surface, priming and painting. Moldings throughout the home were darkly stained oak. All moldings were either replaced or sealed and painted, likewise all doorframes. Both common and master bathrooms had all fixtures removed and plumbing relocated as needed prior to reinstalling fixtures. Many fixtures were new as well as new lighting. Excellent appearance and useability after completion. Kitchen and dining area flooring had a number of layers of floor finishes. These were removed to a common height, leveled and smoothed with some subfloor replaced due to age. All cabinets were removed for renovation, walls repaired with some drywall replacement. Walls were smoothed primed and painted as throughout the home. New cabinets were installed as well as countertops that permitted installation of new appliances. There were significant issues with plumbing in the kitchen that were resolved by relocating supply and drains to a new location and reinstalling. The overall fit and finish of the home was vastly improved by Greg Martin and his workers with Easy Does It Home Improvement. I whole heartedly endorse this crew for any home improvement - large or small."
