"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. "Graves Bros. (Rochester crew) handled our roof replacement, and we could not be more impressed with the results! The process started with a two-plus-hour meeting with Chad, assessor and estimator. He knew this was our first-ever roofing project, and was patient, thorough and professional answering a wide range of questions. We had one final contractor meeting scheduled, but that was cancelled thanks to the great visit by Chad. Graves was hired the next day, and price became secondary, as we felt totally confident with this major decision. The work crew arrived at 7:00 am, and twelve hours later with sunset imminent, the job was finished, in spite of one unforeseen challenge along the way. After tearing off the old shingles, one large section with very low pitch revealed a decking that was markedly warped in many areas — poor workmanship by the previous roofing company!. Rich, Graves’ excellent project supervisor, was all but assured the entire area had to be replaced with 16 sheets of new plywood (otherwise, we’d be re-covering an issue that would reveal damage down the road). So, Rich asked his boss, John, to come out ASAP, and after a meeting to discuss options, we confidently approved the extra work and cost. Fast forward to the successful conclusion, our finished GAF roof looks fantastic; the quality of materials was clearly equaled, if not surpassed by, the amazing skilled workmanship of the crew. Thanks to Rich’s team — including Chino, Juan, Maria, Manuel and Louis — for their dedication, attention to detail, professionalism, and camaraderie—their self-pride and experience made all the difference! Also, a thank you to Bob, Logistics Manager, for timely delivery of materials and removal of dumpster. We highly recommend Graves as the best possible choice for any roof repair or replacement. "Est was fair-used this company 3 years ago on my house-this is a rental property. showed up on time with large crew-tore old roof off replaced rotten boards as needed,showed up at 8:05am and were done by 3pm, all trash was hauled away. house has existing porch and they added a 12x12 patio roof. all in one day. had good weather and everything went as planned and kept with estimate."

From our initial consultation with Jason to the project completion we were impressed by the personal attention to details , excellent communication and professionalism. This family owned business works with their own crew, not sub contractors. The owner Mike is on the job site the entire time and always communicating with the homeowner. "Our fire department was in need of a new roof and replacement of the soffits on our truck bay roof. When we were getting quotes, when we met with Zach Becker of Stellar Roofing, he explained every aspect of the job. Did an excellent job of recommending his products. I was present for these projects and I was really impressed with the crews work ethics. There was a crew of 11 -12 people over the 3-4 days they were on site. Except for lunch, each worker was always busy. Either sweeping up the debris, taking shingles up to the roof, installing the shingles etc. I would use Stellar Roofing again."
