He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) "Sharon and Ed came out. They were very professional, measured and gave us options. Within a couple of days, we had a bid broken down by components. As we gathered other bids, no one was like OC Decks in professionalism. We were so glad that we went with them. They communicated with us throughout the process. We never had to guess what was going to happen. The guys showed up early and worked all day. The only delay was for the timber tech due to back log at the port. They went over and beyond to make our deck spectacular. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a remodel. "Excellent job!  I originally thought this was pricey for pressure washing, but this guy and his helper worked their tails off.  He did everything we discussed.  He even wanted to climb on the roof to clean the chimneys, but I didn't want him walking on the tiles. "Larry and his crew were fabulous. They did exactly what they said they could do in the time and price they had quoted. They cleaned prepared and re-coated three small decks at our home in Venice. Weather, sun and moisture had left our decks in bad shape, worn through in some places and permanent mold layer in areas.  They showed up on time, laid down floor covering everywhere they planned to walk, so the floors would be protected, were very efficient and super friendly and professional. Their worked was completed on time every day they were here,  they were very aware, organized, and throughly cleaned up after themselves.  <br /> We would gladly hire them again and recommend them to our friends. <br />"

"We knew we wanted a water wise front yard, but we also wanted it to look good. We're not landscapers, so we contacted Ken Bragar. We discussed some different options and pricing. Ken did a terrific job of walking us through different ideas and costs. He drew up plans, showed them to us, made some revisions per our input. He came in with a price that was very fair, so we hired him. He and his crew were very professional. They were punctual and hard working. They completed the job in about 3 weeks. They cut broken concrete to form a patio and walkway. They used a combination of small cobblestones and two walkways of decomposed granite for the parkway.  They also installed a complete drip irrigation system for the drought tolerant plants that they installed. Ken was there everyday. The end results far exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend Ken Bragar to anyone looking for the best in landscape design and installation. <br />"
