In spite of delays on the attic insulation and reflective insulation in the garages (2 houses) due to the COVID-19 outbreak, once the job was underway, I was amazed at how thorough, efficient, and meticulous the crew was. They did everything we'd agreed upon and more, even going so far as to insulate the attic walls! We noticed the change right away in how the houses were able to maintain cool temperatures on warm days and visa versa. They lined the garages with plastic so that not a shred of old insulation hit the floor and swept away everything before leaving, all at an excellent price. I couldn't be happier. "I needed a licensed drywall vendor for our kitchen remodel which is being inspected by the City and am really happy I didn't skimp on this. If I were to have hired an unlicensed contractor then I would have no liability protection. Also my job was in excess of $500 dollars. My kitchen had extensive damage (holes and big sections of two walls taken out, including multiple holes in the ceiling) as we had a flood and we are changing the kitchen footprint in our remodel. There was also a recessed section of one wall which needed to be furred (evened out). Israel and Julian were awesome. All the walls, but in particular the ceiling which is so important, are smooth and perfect. Israel and Julian were professional and on task, arriving promptly and finishing the job on schedule. They know how to build back up a wall, smooth it out and make it look pristine. They used high quality materials (such as the wood). Besides having top notch skills, I found them to be highly professional, on task, trustworthy, and cheerful. Their work habits worked. They blocked off the area (floor and doorways) with plastic, which helped contain the dust, and cleaned up afterwards. They also practiced workman's safety and used respirator masks during some of the phases. Everything went smoothly and even when there was a bump--that went smoothly, also. The bump was that I was not sure whether two walls on either side of a niche should be straight or bullnose. Israel and Julian made them straight, completely finished that section; and then I changed my mind and asked them to change it to bullnose. They did graciously, totally professional and did not charge me extra. While my job was more extensive, they do smaller jobs and I'm happy to have them as my "go to" when I need other drywall work. Hire them. You will be very pleased!"
