"Homeguard pest control send someone for the service. Without any notice. Claims they finish the service. But my cob webs and inside of the home were never serviced. They offered to come back and finish the service. They said they will come on Friday. But never showed up and didnt even let me know. Now theyre asking for payment first? They want payment before the service is even completed. "

However, the company completed billing without prior or at the same time provision of billing invoices, therefore i did not know for what being charged, this was a very unsatisfactory process, therefore my overall rating was lower.
