"Awesome. Call the day after Thanksgiving, at 7:30am, they were here by 9. Cleaned out the sewer, very nice technician. Unfortunately, they did not get it all out so I called again a few days later and they showed up within the hour and got it right! From Tonya who is in the office to the technician everyone was so professional and polite. Would use again in a heart beat!"

"Showed up on day one 1 hour late. Spent 2 hours trying to find problem of backed up sewer. Ended up calling Vine Grove water to identify where trap was located. City workers had no clue but "Andy" was at least able to track sewer line from house to withing a few feet of the trap. Day two, they were supposed to show up at 8:00 am, showed up around 9, dropped off digger and went to another job. They came back later and started digging, two hours later they found the broken pipe (tree roots) and replaced the pipe and filled in hole. They assured us that the mound of dirt and four foot pipe sticking out of the ground would be removed once the ground had settled. Overall I am sattisfied with their work. Even though they were not on time either day, they got the job done and that is what was most important. My total bill from both days was  a little over $800.00 and that is with a military discount. Would I call them again? YES. <br />"

"The owner arrived promptly on time the day after I called for an estimate. He was very polite and did all his measurements. He mailed us an estimate the following day after figuring the cost. "<br /> <br />It did not go well. I received two estimates for replacing a sewer pump.  Both were $500-600. Final cost was about double. I went with DeWitt because of the Angie's List ratings and plumber states they have experience with sewer line installation and repair. Not enough when they came to my place. Thankfully for you, they learned on my dime. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The undersized pump they installed initially cost me an extra $300 in labor.  That mistake cost the plumber two extra trips and more time out of service for me. Not sure why the old pump wasn?t inspected before they replaced it with a smaller, ineffective model.   <br /> <br />  <br /> <br />The kicker for me was a guy who happened to be working on my driveway called and said he?d installed two pumps. He said if it wasn?t working, my issue was most likely the pump size.  He t/w the plumber on their second visit, suggested pump size. Sure enough, after unneeded check valve and piping, an upsized pump did the trick. Make sure you?re asking an expert and get their experience.  I would NOT recommend nor will I rehire DeWitt. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"
