He took time to hand sand the stains and did a great job. Mike and Shawn came to the house on time and even worked late one night just to accommodate my ill mother. Mike understood the needs of a dementia patient and how difficult it was for her to be displaced into unfamiliar surroundings. He answered all of my phone calls and did exactly what he said he would do and then some! They stared on a Thursday afternoon and we were back home by Saturday. "I want to change the layout of my bathroom so I was looking for ideas. A drawing was completed on the computer and shown to me. I really liked the ideas provided. I did not get to keep a copy of the design myself. I was given a quote for the remodel service.  This contractor does not do plumbing so that was not included. After getting the quote emailed to me, I had to have the contractor come out a 2nd time to go over the quote and clarify several items. He was punctual for both of his appointments with me and seemed like a nice guy.
