I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. "Arrived as scheduled. Asked exactly what we wanted done. Suggested that the grout between bottom tile and kitchen counter be replaced with caulk. He provided the caulk and repaired all cracked grout. Also applied caulk around tub.

"Once our granite slab was sent to them, they contacted us right away to come out and view the kitchen,
they came out and measured and about a week later they came out and installed.   They were very professional.  They don't use the laser templating, which is why their prices is cheaper.   Overall the fit of the granite was close to perfect.   There is one spot where the measurement wasn't exact but they were able to fill the area with something and it isn't noticable to the average person.  I know its there because i saw them do it but someone who doesn't know about it wouldn't notice it.
The seam work is great - they really pay attention to detail making sure the flow of the stone matches up.   Great Job!
