He handled the typical snags along the way and stuck through the job to the end even after unexpected issues.  We hired Adam to lay a lower patio and fire pit, along the way it was discovered that the original plan required the fire pit to be further away from the house than originally laid out, but he handled it with the local fire department to identify a compromise that was acceptable for the layout I was looking for. With that past us, it was also discovered that our deck footings needed replacing, but that turned into needing to replace the ENTIRE deck (typical home improvement).  However, Adam was patient and adjusted to the delays and hiccups with us.  He was very easy to work with and did top quality work.  We LOVE our new patio and continue to enjoy the bon fires in our fire pit! <br />"

"Dan is an incredibly hard working guy, and a really good landscape architect. He designed and implemented a great new look in our back yard with an emphasis on native plants that birds, bees and butterflies will enjoy as much as we do. Using some very nice limestone and red jasper, he gave the back yard style and structure that will not only look wonderful, but help us maintain the areas he has laid out by providing attractive boundaries. In the front garden, he increased the eye-appeal dramatically by containing the old plants and introducing some carefully-chose new ones to compliment them. We work at home and got to see first-hand how quickly and efficiently Dan works -- I think other companies would have taken 5 times longer than he did, and probably cost 3 times more. We are going to have him do more work going forward to help us upgrade other parts of our property."

"Dale from Aquatic Rock Formations got back to me right away. Despite it being a busy time of year (end of May/early June), he had Joaquin stop out the next week. Dale said that Joaquin was great at sleuthing out leaks. He came out on a Tuesday morning and found and repaired a couple of leaks in the pond and in the waterfall, where the liner had been pushed down. He fixed those on the spot. He also found the main leak where the liner attaches to the skimmer (the well that holds the pump). The head of more than one of the screws were simply gone. We elected to go with a new skimmer. I also asked Joaquin if he could replace the cobbled piping and check-valve. Joaquin came back on Friday and ended up having to get a larger skimmer so it could work with my pump. This required him to dig out the old skimmer and enlarge the hole for the larger unit. It was a full day's work, but by 5:00 PM everything was finished. The pond and waterfall has been running for days and I haven't seen the water level go down at all. I am very happy with the service we received from Joaquin and Dale at Aquatic Rock Formations."
