"Rob is an extremely caring businessman who makes sure his customers are satisfied. He went far above and beyond to make sure we're happy with our floors, and hopefully our experience summarized in this review is unique. We had a floating installation of bamboo floors done, and they looked great. A little over the 2 year labor warranty, we noticed a few planks had separated. After informing Rob, he went ahead and had it fixed at no cost to us. But then over the next several months, more and more planks began separating. Rob was not happy that the product was failing, and agreed to reinstall all of the boards and glue them to each other, again at no cost to us. This was now about 3 years after the initial installation. Again, the floors looked great, but much to our frustration after only a few months, planks began separating. We since learned that for the layout of our first floor, we should have had new flooring glued down and not a floating installation done. Long story short, Rob agreed, at his cost, to install a completely different product, glued down to the subfloor, which should not have this issue of planks separating. He even redid all the shoe molding, and removal and reinstallation of bathroom fixtures in our powder room. It's been about 18 months now, and the new engineered hardwood floors that replaced the floating bamboo floors are holding up great and feel much more solid walking on them. We've since gotten a German Shepherd, and these floors are handling some of the abuse he can give them just fine. I would definitely do business with FCI again, as I can't imagine any other flooring company would go through the lengths Rob did to ensure our satisfaction."

"Brandon and Haley with Quality Flooring and renovations did an outstanding job renovating our powder room. They came and worked in our home on a holiday and delivered as promised. The old wood was replaced with new wood. They installed a new toilet and new sink and our powder room looks magnificent. Can’t recommend this company high enough! Call them today!"

"Amazing!!! Paul Apted and his team were absolutely incredible!! They came in and laid down all new flooring in less than two hours and it looks amazing!! The price was also unbeatable. They were very friendly and had wonderful customer service and worked with me to figure out the best fix for my project! I absolutely would hire them again, it was a quick, easy and painless project!!! Which is wonderful considering I thought it was going to be a headache to get my floor taken care of. Now my house is ready to go for my new tenant that moves in, in a week. Thank you Holy City Flooring!!!"

"Unbelievable workmanship. Stayed well within my budget. Arrived on time and worked every minute they were here. Cleaned up every day before leaving and were respectful of my house. Tigranâ s suggestions on things I was sure about were helpful. After completing my Master Bath I asked them to leave their tools and do my other bathroom. They took 4 days off and started the other bathroom. The quality of the work was just as good as the first bathroom. Again finished ahead of schedule and within my budget. I would highly recommend Palmetto Home Remodeling. I had other estimates from other contractors which I thought were unreasonable. Iâ m glad I found and chose Palmetto Home Remodeling. I have absolutely no regrets. Tigran and Hovik are top notch and really nice guys."

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the final product. I enjoyed working with Rob. He took the time needed to be sure the proper materials were ordered and double checked measurements. Working with the installation crew was a pleasure. My fellow "Yankees" tried to give me a hard time but we were evenly matched. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International."

"I have only glowing comments about Wooboys, their installers, and their products. This is the second job we've contracted with them for, and I really couldn't ask for a higher level of professionalism. Chris and the other WB staff are a joy to work with. From the initial phone call with Ashley to schedule an estimate to the end of the job, it is clear that communication and customer satisfaction are the priorities with this company. I was made to feel that we were their most important client. The only negative was about a six week wait for materials due to Covid, but they were upfront about this with us. The installation crew, Simons Flooring, were wonderful to work with as well. They were punctual and personable, did a beautiful job, and actually finished ahead of schedule. We now have beautiful floors!"

"I was contacted by Pedro within one hour of initial quote request. Set up appointment for 2 days later/ Pedro stated he would arrive between 1300-1500. Called to let me know he was on the way-arrive at 1340 hours. Pedro is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. After measuring and explaining process. Pedro provided quote within 15 minutes. Accepted quote and Pedro had his crew at our house the next day. Replacing approximately 1500 square feet of flooring with LVP. The crew was amazing- worked all day and returned the next day and completed the job before 1200- all new flooring in a day and 1/2. Top notch work quality of work unmatched. We have more house projects and we will use Silva Floors & More again. What a great experience !!"

"DJ Flooring is amazing! They removed our LVT, repaired and replaced the subfloor and installed our new engineered hardwood throughout the home. They moved furniture so we didn't have to, completed all finish trim work, were extremely thorough and responsive! Their attention to every detail is top notch! Can not recommend them enough!"

"Workhorse Renovations did I fantastic job on everything. My wife and I love the floor and trim. Not only did they do an awesome job the customer service was more than we could ask for."
