The workers punched twelve holes in sheeting removing old roof material, requiring sheeting overlay. I requested that roofing nails not protrude through roof in patio area. They were protruding through the entire area. They left refuge sitting on the side of the driveway until I asked to have it removed. The one-week job turned into a two-month Odessey. The job was obviously a side job, piece-mealed together with little supervision little supervision. I am not confident the roof will not fail. prematurely fail. "

However Ramon the owner of Sac Val, was the only one that actually told me that my roof was in good condition except for the facial boards which you could tell needed replacing and some soft spots that meant there might be rotting underneath but couldn't be totally sure.
