"I had an amazing experience with All Island Sewer & Drain! They came right to my salon suite in Commack to clear a clog caused by hair buildup, and from start to finish the service was top tier. Dominic, the owner, was incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process stress free. He was not only quick and efficient, but also took the time to educate me on what caused the issue and how to prevent it moving forward, which I really appreciated as a business owner. They didn’t just clear the clog and leave , they also performed a camera inspection of the line to make sure everything was completely clear and running properly. That extra step gave me so much peace of mind. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly reliable. Customer service was a 10/10. I highly recommend All Island Sewer & Drain to anyone in need of honest, high-quality work!"

"I thought they did a great job; they were very professional and courteous, if there was anything I did not like was that the initial job was to unclog the main sewer line, but could not do it, they still charged me $275, in the past I only paid from $75 - $150 when they unclogged the line, they charged so much money for not unclogging, I think they should have bypast that charge, I did pay $9500, to replace the main sewer line and trap, which I'm ok with."

"After the worst rain storm our area ever got hit with my basement apt was flooded. They came quick, prepared and eager to get going. The men dry vacâ d the floor and carpet, removed the carpet and dried the padding and floor. It is a brand new carpet so I wanted to save it but doubted anything would. They were terrific. Everything was completely dried and saved. No mold or mildew. They did a fantastic job but I also liked who they were. They were personable and kind. They really felt bad and wanted to make sure hey helped me the best they could. I appreciated the humanity just as much as the work. I HIGHLY recommend them. They surprised me with what they accomplished and how they made me feel at ease."

"Our washer kept overflowing out of the drain. We called AJ and he came quickly. He actually found the problem was not the washer and went up on our roof to clear a main pipe. No more problems after that. I highly recommend him."

"Matt was our plumber. Arrived on Saturday about 2 hours after our call about our flooded basement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the main line clog and cleared the line in an hour. We were lucky to have him!!"
