They wire brushed the chimney and applied a sealant on the whole chimney. Since I did not obtain any other bids for this work, I have no idea how good or bad the price is, thus the B grade for price. They have done prior work for me and have cleaned my chimney for years so I trust them. Workers were friendly and polite and cleaned everything up when they were done."

"Pete and crew installed a new roof on our home in Auburn in 2008. It's now January 2020. Recently, I found a slow leak around the skylight they installed in my garage. After emailing Pete he was out the next business day to patch the leak. While here he noticed that the ridge vent that they installed in 2008 was an older style that could possibly let in rain if it was blowing real hard. His crew was out the next day and they replaced the entire ridge vent over 4 hours with snow on my roof. The leak repair, attic inspection and ridge vent replacement was all done at no cost to me even though the 10 year warranty expired over a year ago. Now that's what I call customer service! "Wow.  Rarely are we successful finding a company that lives up to their reviews, but this one definitely does.   Everyone worked very, very hard to get our job done, even with a few unanticipated setbacks.  They came up with a workable solution for our steep roof and very tall chimneys.  When we had a scaffolding added to the roof, we needed to address the second chimney (not part of the original plan), and they worked with us.  Communication was great.  They even came back and worked on a Saturday to get the job done.  Cleanup was thorough.  They crew was also courteous with my dog and children. The new chimneys look wonderful.  Hire this company.   "
