Shawn came out to conduct an estimate and inspect the property, which was more than anyone else did that came out to provide an estimate. At the end of the appointment, he provided the most detailed inspection report, detailed the packages available, and helped me determine what would best fit my needs. After scheduling the roofing job, Shawn remained in constant contact and the same is true for the entire team. I received regular communication regarding every aspect of the project including delays due to weather. The crew completed the job in 1 day as promised and sent tons of photos along the way. The customer service, care, and quality at Roofing Pups is unmatched and they make you feel comfortable with a process that can seem daunting. "NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
