His initial estimate  was $2600 to $5000 depending upon whether he could get to the leak from the inside only or would need to go from the outside also. He kept us informed of the progress and showed us why it was necessary to do the more expensive repair. He cleaned up after the work.

The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
