"I called County Wide to repair my front-loading washer. Only 3 years old and it had died with a big bang. They told me that there was a service charge to have them come out which was reasonable and I only had to pay that for the initial visit and not for the follow-up once the part came. County Wide came the next day. Gentleman was very nice and professional. He was able to find the problem, a broken spring, very quickly. He was very nice and showed me what was broken and how he planned to fix it. He also told me the price of the part, how long it would take him to fix it once he had the part, and exactly how much it would cost. He called the day before the part was expected to tell me it was in and he would be able to fix it a day earlier than expected if that would be convenient for me, it was and very much appreciated. Work was done quickly, professionally and (thank goodness) inexpensively. Highly recommended!!"

Then the actual repair was done at a second appointment, by a different Sears repairman. The appointments were made at my convenience, and the repairmen arrived within the time window agreed upon. I had never had one performed in the 15 years we've lived in our 22 year-old home and I  expected a mess.  The tech arrived as scheduled, took one quick look up the flue, and could tell immediately that it was spotless and did not require a full service cleaning.  He explained that the newer, external chimneys were very tolerant to build up.  He performed a cursory external inspection to confirm no cracking or other problems, and was done.  Quick, honest, professional service. They easily could have performed and charged me for a full cleaning. INstead, I was only charged for a visit, and no unnecessary services. <br />"
