They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "We noticed recently that our roof was leaking where water started dripping down the inside of the walls. We called to get an estimate & were scheduled quickly. On the day of the estimate, they said they could start working on the roof that day which we appreciated. They not only fixed the hole in the one area that was the result of the leak, but they also sealed the entire roof to prolong its life for an estimated 10-15 years, along with some gutter work. Since then it's rained a few times here, & our walls are not leaking anymore. On a side note to show their integrity & thoughtfulness: I recently had a medical procedure so we put a sign on the door not to ring our doorbell as I'm recovering. At one point during the day, they needed an outside electric outlet to continue their work (my house is very old & does not have one). Instead of ignoring the sign, they waited around an hour to get in contact with my husband over the phone, which I was extremely thankful for. Overall wonderful experience with this skilled, courteous, nice, professional company."

"There was a company through Angie’s List that I got a package deal, they would do some patch work on roof. Very good experience. I had a problem in one spot and they patched it up for me. I’ve not had a problem with that at all, that section of the roof. Price was good, the package deal was to cover a 10x10 spot and that was basically what I needed, it worked out well. Very good quality. The only problem I had with them was the fellow I did deal with, his office had to get back to me. I always needed to call him, it happened 2 or 3 times and then he would make the call and they would respond. Other than that they were spot on, very good."
