We JUST had Patrick from Ark Foundation out, to examine why we were getting water in our basement; and he immediately diagnosed the issue as one of landscaping grading and drainage rather than foundation repair. "The concrete work looks great! The workers were very professional. My only suggestion is to follow up about your appointment the day prior. My only disappointment was that I waited around all day on the day of my scheduled appointment. I called a few times throughout the day of the appointment for the ETA, which I was told each time that the ETA iwas unknown. I was finally told at the end of the day that my appointment needed to be rescheduled to the next day, fortunately, I did not need to be present. The workers showed up first thing in the morning on the rescheduled day and did a great job!"

"Salt & melt/thaw cycles had damaged the front stoop to my brick house beyond repair, so Perry & Perry came out, gave me an estimate, then went to a salvage yard in Detroit to find bricks which almost perfectly matched my original 1928 brickwork.  They built a scaffolding, constructed the steps, then put on cement caps so the salt/ice wouldn't cause damage in the future.  Really exceptional job--plus they are my neighbors & so was happy to throw some business their way. <br />"
