"I had a previous contractor to install me a privacy gate and to build a deck. The previous contractor install the poles wrong, they were not the right distance apart. My deck was not build correctly. Had untreated wood install. I spent over $10,000 on materials and he slowly kept asking for money. We started this project in April and its July. I had a complete mess until Tony from Home & Patio Conversions call my phone after I put in a job through "ANGI". Tony was the professional I needed all along. He explain to me what was wrong and told me how he would fix it. Tony was fair and he communicated very well and you can tell he loves and care about his work. Tony has been a life savior and within 5 days he install over 465 square feet privacy fence. The pickets were so line up and every detail was looked at. I wished I met Tony months ago but now since we have met I will be hiring him on all future projects. Since the gate was done so well I had to hire Tony to rebuild my deck. As we started on the fence he is very professional and very communitive about what needs to be done. I have full confidence in his work and staff. "Roger and his crew did excellent work. Each day started early and worked into the late afternoons (M-F). My project for new vinyl siding took about 12 working days to install that included the chimney exterior wooden structure being rebuilt due to some rot. They also installed two new cypress posts I provided and sealed to replace my older ones (2). Every evening his crew (Roger was on-site every day except for one) put up their equipment and did a clean sweep of the area. The craftsmanship was excellent and we are really enjoying our selection in siding. I would highly recommend using Roger for anyone considering putting siding. He also represents high quality vinyl windows at a very reasonable price, though I had them under contract with another company. Roger was easily accessible via phone and text. "Our bid specified old roofing and paper would be removed down to the plywood. Home inspector later found rotten plywood on the roof; owner admitted they left existing paper on to give us "two coats of felt". They came back, ripped off new roofing from above the rot and replaced the rot at no charge. Trouble is they didn't bring enough shingles, and spaced them out to cover ... this did not look like a new roof. They came out again, and this time it looked like a new roof ... with torn up siding next to the repaired shingles. "Not my fault: siding's rotten ... I'll fix it. What else can I tell you" (You could have told us about the damage and your plans to correct it but we had to find it first.) Rather than bring them out for a fourth visit we paid a remodeler to replace the damaged siding. Jon tries, but I am not convinced his crew cares nearly enough."
