"Temur is very professional and courteous. He has done several jobs at our home installing interior doors, updating a linen closet and doing our stair handrail. Every job was done in excellence. I am very pleased with the outcome of his work. He is very detailed and ensures the job will be completed in the time-frame he provides to you. I would highly recommend T&S Handyman."

"Changed rollers on andersen sliding door"

"I had construction done in my home and I also needed some painting. Gate Seven Contracting Inc. was recommended to me and they went above and beyond my expectations! They were efficient, fast, and clean! Highly recommend, they will not disappoint!"

"We were astonished at the quality of the work. Far above expectations.
The two chairs had always been in my wife's family, they were rickety and fragile. The chest was in good condition but needed to be refinished. Michael came and spent a fair amount of time discussing what he would do -- for instance, the chairs had once had a tack framing for the upholstery, which sometime in the past had been replaced with stapling -- and gave us a price.
Later, he called and said the chairs were in much worse condition than he had thought. The framing under the upholstery had rotted so he would have to rebuild them to restore the original tacking. (We didn't discuss price since we wanted to do right by the chairs, and were pleasantly surprised that he stuck by his original price! He'd made the contract, he said.)
The two chairs were utterly transformed, beautifully finished, and by removing the stapled upholstery, he recovered a lovely wood decorative framing that we didn't know was there. The new proportions between the upholstery and the wood are much more pleasing. The chairs are now solid as a rock and a showpiece.
Refinishing was less complicated, but he brought out the grain of the wood, which is lovely, and you can clearly see the different woods in exterior.
we are simply delighted.
Readers should know that Michael is as much artist as restorer; he showed us a portfolio of his work restoring (much more than refinishing) some several-century old pieces.

"Melvin came over the same day I called for an estimate and he was very clear about what he would do and how he was going to do the job.  After a couple of weeks of getting to convince my husband (he was against putting the tv over the fireplace), we called Melvin to do the job and he came over on a Sunday. I was pretty surprised since you never have anybody working on Sunday unless is an emergency. Our house was built in 1929 so is pretty solid construction around the fireplace.  It was a tough installation and he even had to cancel a couple of appointments he had for that day, that's how hard the job was (he arrived at our house at 11am and left until around 7pm) because the usual method Melvin used didn't work since there was no way for him to pass the cables down thru the floor and then up again, so he had to drill to the wall and bring the cables thru horizontally thru the wall, but he did it wiht the minimum amount of mess and even patch up the hole once he was done.  My husband is the pickiest of them all when it comes to anybody doing jobs around the house, but he was pretty satisfied with the work that Melvin did and now he loves the way the tv looks above the fireplace.  We had friends over a few weeks later and complimented how clean the job was done and how nice it looked.  All in all, we're very happy and we will definitely call Melvin when we're ready to install our A/Cs or do anything electrical. Melvin is a true professional and one of those rare people out there that takes real pride in a job well done and will not walk away until you're satisfied with his work.  It only took me a bit of time to get to post the review because I was waiting for the bookcases to put on either side of the fireplace and give it the finish look to upload the picture.
Thanks so much Melvin for a job well done!

"I spoke with prince and got an estimate from him. He was very very nice and professional. He was willing to work with me with the cost of it However, two of my sons are going to do the job instead. So therefore, we did not need his service. But if I ever do need or know somebody else who needs the services, I would recommend, they call Prince."

"Our very old garage floor needed to be updated and we called iPaint for an estimate. The owner Nick came on time and recommended a new type of coating by Penntek far more durable and attractive than your typical epoxy. The cost is higher than epoxy but we think it's worth every penny - the garage now looks incredible and is easy to clean as well. Nick's crew was professional and did an excellent job quickly. They also painted the walls and ceiling. Overall the entire experience was very positive and we highly recommend the company."
