"Yes, Chad did a great job on remodeling our bathroom. He updated our 1970’s bathroom to a modern 2026 bathroom. He took off the old tile and replaced it with quartz surround and replaced the walls with drywall, painted, installed new fixtures and all new trim."

"We had quite a bit of work done at our house and Shelby Properties was the one we called. The biggest job was to remove the popcorn from the ceiling of our entire house. This was quite a chore and extremely messy. (We were warned in advance about the dust.) We also had some roof leaks that Shelby Properties helped get fixed before the inside work could get done. In addition we had some skylights and an attic fan removed thus creating work for new sheet rock and painting. We also had new bathroom lights put in and a redo on the master bathroom walls. All the jobs were done to our complete satisfaction, but it took a little longer than I initially was thinking. I can't complain too much because I kept adding to my "bucket-list" of things I wanted to have done and it was a BIG job. We have other jobs around the house that I want to take care of and Shelby Properties is the team we're planning to call. OJ, the contractor, was thorough and would check in with us practically every day to see if we're satisfied with the work and if we had any concerns. Anything we mentioned, he was quick to take care of. He expects his crew to do quality work and he inspected their work daily. He worked hard to see that we were satisfied customers. His team did a good job cleaning up after themselves and not leaving the house in a wreck. We would recommend Shelby Properties to anyone who might be thinking of doing some things around the house that requires skilled workers and technicians."
