"We called 2 other very reputable companies to the job before contacting Neighborhood Plumbers. Both of the other companies sent very green teams to our house. Both times those technicians spent most of their time in their trucks calling back to their respective headquarters trying to explain the problem and find a solution. Both of those companies came up with quotes of $3-4K which included digging up the front yard and replacing the water main. My wife decided to call one more company, Neighborhood Plumbers. The team that came to our house had 30+ years of experience. They were able to come up with several possible solutions that wouldn't require digging up our yard. Pricing was at the high end of the quote range, but not obscene, and what I received in return was a white-glove service using an enclosed trailer with an experienced professional. Complete inspection of the car before and after, with pictures noting the exact condition of the car, interior and exterior - including the milage and contents of the glove box. This is not a subcontracting / middle-man company like so many auto transport vendors are - they bid on and perform the work themselves through their well-established and successful freight business.
