"I worked with Owen and Josh and it was a great experience and a learning one! He walked the house, identified possible issues and provided a reasonable price. Owen always let me know when he was going to arrive, offered a good price, and completed a lot of work in just a couple of days. They did an outstanding job patching stucco cracks all around the house and after 25 years there were certainly a lot of them. I worked from home and frequently checked with Owen to see how things were going and learned a few things along the way as well as a proper paint to extend the life of my stucco. There was also a major issue with the chimney and Owen had to replace the rotted wood substrate and rebuild the chimney to code which wasn't done during construction. He even matched the existing stucco pattern. A magician and stucco work..who knew! Owen will definitely be the first person I call if I need any more stucco work (hopefully not!) and will spread the word about his great work."

"With them, there was a misunderstanding. When they came, I thought they were coming with the paint. I would like stuff like that clarified before they get started. I didn't know I had to supply the paint. I'm thinking if I hire a painter, painters bring the paint. He did happen to have something there on his truck and he charged me for it. I had to go with that color because I needed that done. I wasn't too satisfied with that aspect, the communications process. I'm old school. I'm used to dealing with people on the phone, not online and not on email. They showed up about an hour late."
