"I received an immediate call back and scheduling for cleaning out our dryer vent. Tony and Bobby (and Pamela) are extremely respectful and courteous. They arrived as scheduled and called telephonically upon arrival. They came equipped with specialized tools (brush, snake, vacuum for the vent, etc.) unlike other service companies that only have brushes. They climbed our roof to ensure the vent was cleaned thoroughly. They cleaned up after themselves and put our dryer back in its place (we pulled it out before they arrived). We are so impressed with them that we scheduled furniture cleaning (3 sets) for next month. They are so reasonably priced as well.
