"I recently had Todd install about 1,300 sq ft of Luxury Vinyl Plank. Todd is very professional, he showed up on time, completed the install to an extremely high standard, within the agreed time frame. I am more than satisfied with his work and will call on him again if needed."

"Chris and team did an absolutely fantastic job on our flooring install. First we were delayed due to supply constraints on the flooring itself, but Chris stayed in contact with me and we worked together to ultimately find a date that worked. The job ended up not being easy as the old hardwoods downstairs were all nailed into the sub-floor and the kitchen cabinets were installed over them. This meant that Chris had a much tougher time getting the old floor out and had to cut around all the cabinets. The change in floor height meant that we had to lower all the baseboards downstairs. Ultimately we filled a 30 cubic foot dumpster with all of the old stuff! Chris and team went the extra mile on everything that I asked him to do, even some extra projects that popped up - he had no issue tackling them. The overall job spanned almost 2 work weeks. Putting LVP on stairs is never easy, but Chris did an amazing job and the stairs look fantastic. Everything was cleaned up, and all of the remaining flooring etc was put together neatly in the garage. The end result of everything was great! We are so happy with the flooring we chose, as well as the work that was put into installing it. Chris is hard working, communicates well, offers fair pricing compared to big box installers and will work with you on customizing what you want. Thanks!!"

"After searching by referrals and a previous vendor (LL), we decided to use Angis’ list to locate someone to do flooring. This is such a daunting task, because you don’t know who to trust anymore. My husband and I managed to get a response from CFR and a few others. After explaining what we wanted, the owner, Mr. Getzen spoke to us in detail about what we were requesting, material availability, cost and timing. He was very thorough. He did not try to sell us something we did not want. We managed to get most of the home refloored at a reasonable cost. Mr. Getzen was able to match a room we had done a few years ago by LL. According to LL the material no longer existed. Mr. Getzen was able to find material that was a close match. The project included 7 rooms. Removing existing materials and complete the project in one day. This included moving large furniture, replacing all baseboard trim and removing debris. His flooring team of three was very professional, prompt, and organized."

"Very direct, helpful, shared knowledge and provided useful advice on care and maintenance of hardwood flooring. Final workmanship was excellent. They were on time and adhered to original quote."

"Moving to a new town always comes with challenges—finding reliable doctors, a good hair salon, and especially trustworthy contractors. When something urgent comes up, like needing a plumber or electrician, you don’t always have the luxury of spending hours researching your options. I was fortunate to be referred to Preston through my realtor, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful. From day one, Preston has gone above and beyond in every way. He is responsive, dependable, and incredibly knowledgeable—someone who clearly takes pride in doing things right. What really sets Preston apart is how easy he is to work with. He’s understanding, communicates clearly, and consistently follows through. It’s rare to find someone you can trust so completely, and over time, he’s come to feel more like family than just a contractor. I highly recommend Preston for any of your home needs. You’ll be in great hands."

"Connect dryer vent through a tile floor and install a aluminum post in bath that needed support in ceiling and drilled through tile wall. Joe did an excellent job that other contractors did not want to tackle. 5 stars to Joe"

"I had multiple projects done. Ceiling fans installed, new drainage for a new washing machine, replacing a bathroom floor and putting new flooring throughout my living room and kitchen. Everything was done perfectly. They showed up on time and finish all projects in the timeframe I was given. Very professional, work was done perfectly. I highly recommend this handyman."

"After a very difficult removal of the old floor Scott installed a new vinyl plank floor in our family room doing a outstanding job"

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."

"I am so happy with my new floors! I switched from carpet to LVP, and the transformation is incredible. The team was very friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked fast but paid attention to detail, and the pricing was very reasonable. The entire process was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!"
