"Let me start by saying, from beginning to end, all the employees at Jack C Wilson are very professional, courteous and very good at what they do. Chris Voss wrote our estimate and answered all our questions. He gave us several options on materials and an extended warranty. He was very easy to work with and helped us on some special requests and changes we needed to make. He gave us his cell number and said to call if we had any additional questions or concerns. The crew was onsite at 7 AM and immediately began site preparation which included covering our plants and shrubs and shielding our heat pump and pool equipment. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new went exactly as expected with no surprises. They were careful and didn’t damage any of our landscape. Before they left that evening, the new roof had been completed. The crew worked very hard and stayed focused. They picked up all the trash and nails leaving little to be done the following day. The crew came back bright and early the next day to complete all clean up and remove all leftover materials. The chimney chase received new Hardee board siding, chimney cap and paint to match our trim. The carpenter’s work on the chimney chase was first rate and much better than the original. We were very pleased with the entire process. The work was exceptional down to the smallest detail. The entire process was conducted with professionalism and attention to detail. The materials and workmanship were top notch. The customer service at Jack C Wilson Roofing is second to none. We highly recommend them and give them a 5-star rating!!!"

"Met the owner (Thomas) at salt springs on a Sunday and struck up a conversation and told him our roof situation by Thursday he was at the house taking measurements. By Tues the next week the materials were dropped and the following day his crew showed up to start the job. No one knew what was underneath the existing incorrectly installed metal roof. As they dug in they found two layers of shingles plus the metal roof. Once everything was off and down to the wood it was in such bad shape they had to reconstruct most of the roof. Not only did they do so Thomas and his crew provided a gorgeous green metal roof that made my wife extremely happy. Bragging on Thomas his crew and his company still wouldn't do them justice for the outstanding job that they did. Not only would we recommend them to anyone needing a roof but we plan on giving them the most kudos to anyone needing any kind of roofing. This was more than just a job for my wife and I because it turned into a friendship."

"Tom S. Was extremely curious and on time for our appointment! He did a thorough inspection and measurement of our roof providing us with several pricing options. We were ready to replace our roof and were provided sample brochures to select our color from. Tom answered all our questions concerning differences and warranties available. The ELO office and Tom provided us with timely notifications of when our materials were to be ordered and a request to verify the colors just to be sure there were no mistakes. The materials were on site in a week, with a dumpster. The crew showed up just like they scheduled with us and performed the removal and reinstall in two days. They cleaned up immaculately and ran a magnet around the house to pick up any nails the tarps didnâ t catch. All of the crew from delivery to install were courteous and kind.
