But he didn't read the packages for compatibility, ended up swapping the units and had to swap them back after puzzling for 30 min to get the full setup. It ended up costing 2 hrs for what probably should have been a 40 min job. Also, after he left I noticed the walls around the switches were scuffed up and it took a few min with a magic eraser to clean up."

He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee.
