"We hired Four Seasons again (after they redid our siding) to replace our existing roof, which was about 15 years old and in bad shape. We were so impressed with the speed in which they completed the job (less than 1 day). Everyone we dealt with, from Oscar, to Donna, to our roofing foreman, were courteous and professional. "Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."

"This company contacted me immediately and came over that day to give a quote. MD (the quoter) gave me a very fair price and detailed explaining all the work that was going to be done. My house is very old and the brick siding and windows were falling apart. They started work ASAP on the siding and windows. I immediately felt the difference in temperature in the house because less air/water was being let in through the windows and cracks. The company was very careful in doing the work but also fast and efficient. They also painted as well, giving my house a nice new look. I recommend this company for your siding needs or house projects overall"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
