He took the time to explain the process, walk us through options, and answer all of our questions, even with multiple follow-ups. We never felt rushed and always felt respected. After speaking with several contractors who declined our project, we felt very lucky to find Andres. He was accommodating, flexible, and willing to work with us. The project included concrete work for both our front and backyard, including stamped concrete, broom-finished concrete, and decorative rock. The work was done with great attention to detail, kept clean throughout, and completed as discussed. Andres also explained the 1-year workmanship warranty, which gave us peace of mind. But surface professionals LLC is extremely good, they are very professional and honest, provide me very detailed proposal, ask and answer my questions, they help me to order the tile and take care of the delivery. Start and Finish the floor installation on time, keep my house and furniture very clean. Excellent job. Highly recommend them."
