"It's a difficult area to control rainwater because of the size of the parking area.  They installed rip rap, edging and a drain to control the flow of water down a slope at the side of the garden.  This is an effective drain. "Bill and his brother did a great job! First, Bill came out a week before our scheduled date to see what we were working with. He gave me advice how to remove the stairs myself. On the installation day, they went above and beyond with reattaching the stairs. The stairs are more sturdy than they were before, they are now even, and they corrected the height of the first step (before, the first step was too steep), he also installed a second hand rail to keep the stairs up to code. Again, he went above and beyond and the price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service, and Bill is an honest and upstanding guy! I will definitely hire him in the future if need be.
