If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"We hired Seven Star Improvement to replace the shower in our bathroom. We had gotten quotes from multiple contractors, but Seven Star gave us an excellent fixed-price quote and were way less complicated than the other contractors who quoted us. They removed our old shower and took everything down to the studs. They replaced any rotten or compromised wood and completely replaced the plumbing going into the shower. They even made improvements to our outdoor spigot that tied into the same pipes. They used all Delta fixtures and components, and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. We have windows with wood exterior muttons. The paint was applied by paintbrush. Clean crisp detailing work. Included with the job shutters & patio railing. After painting they washed the exterior windows, blew the scraped off paint chips off walkways & patios. We supplied the paint due to wanting Benjamin Moore to mix fungicide in the paint to stop Northside exterior mold on custom wood siding & dormers. The crew was so incredible. We are so pleased my husband tipped each tradesman. We are hiring them again to do interior work. We’ve worked with top flight paint crews before. Short’s crew raised the bar on skill set, attention to detail, respect for the property and were pleasant. We couldn’t be happier. Money well spent."
