"Beyond my expectations. The floors look beautiful."

"John came to my house and quoted me for installation of approximately 250sq feet of LVP flooring in my mudroom. The price was just right and performed the job flawlessly, fast and was extremely clean. He also prepared the floor by leveling some spots that had been uneven, upon his recommendation and explained the entire process throughly. I will undoubtedly be calling him for all my future floor projects with hesitation!"

"I Hired Powellâ s to Repair My toilet and not only was the pricing more than fair, but Andyâ s personality was the warmest of anyone Iâ ve ever hired. The work was performed perfectly, and I hired him to change my kitchen ceiling light! Once again The price was more than fair and the work was amazing! Then came the Ultimate Test: My grandmother called me and after going to her house I realized she needed a New water heater as hers was from 1975 and leaking. She asked me who I would recommend and I responded Powellâ s. This was July 3rd at 7pm. He went to her house on The 4th of July to see everything he would need to complete the repair the next day which he did! I Challenge you to find someone willing to help an old woman on a Holiday! Good Luck! These are the only people I will Ever Use!!!"

"I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."
