This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! "We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner.
