We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. "I contracted Peak to replace the old roof on my house. On the original install date, they canceled for the day and did not notify us the day prior as agreed. In the end the roof was satisfactorily installed, however, a 1-2 day job took 2 weeks due to a section of the roof not being installed per contract. When reaching out to Peak, they confirmed that it was supposed to be done and had another crew sent out to install it. Once that was done, they left a 1” gap between the new roof and the siding, as the old flashing on the old roof was removed and not replaced. They quickly sent someone out to replace it. In short, they did do a great job on installing the new roof, however a series of missteps and limited communication extended the project far longer than necessary. Would I recommend? Sure. They did do good work on the new roof. I would also include the issues I had with communication and to inspect the roof after completion to ensure it was done to contract."

"We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."
