"Glenoak came out to reinstall a toilet that had been leaking .  While there, they noticed a leak from the pressure tank, which needed to be replaced.  They went out for the part w/o charging us for that time or travel.  Unfortunately, the replacement part didn?t work, and ultimately they had to replace the entire toilet.  They fixed a small gas pipe leak near our furnace while there, too.

With all of the demo they had to do, I was amazed at just how clean they were able to keep the work area! They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently. The drainage from my neighbors sump pump was coming into my basement drain area causing issues for me. They were kind enough to talk to them and used some piping they had on hand to extend their drain so I would no longer have problems with it! If I ever need this type of service in the future at another property, I will definitely reach out to them again.
