They were courteous and even took off their shoes when in my home. Unfortunately, there were a few hang ups initially with the installation but returned back and made everything right without question the same day. "Perfect! Doug is an expert Plumber that knows private water system. He removed the old equipment and installed the new. Everything is still working great. The work was done almost 13 years ago. We used all Top of the line Gould Equipment. I probably should call Doug to replace it again because breakdowns with the water system can leave you stranded."

"I found my water heater leaking just after 9 AM. Called and was given a quote over the phone. They arrived by 11 AM and were done by 2:30. Very good service. They covered my floors with drop cloths, cleaned up nicely and hauled away the old unit. Price included the new water heater, a new shutoff, valve, fittings, drip pan and expansion tank. Professional service done very promptly at a fair price. I was extremely satisfied!"
