They were courteous and even took off their shoes when in my home. Unfortunately, there were a few hang ups initially with the installation but returned back and made everything right without question the same day. "I found my water heater leaking just after 9 AM. Called and was given a quote over the phone. They arrived by 11 AM and were done by 2:30. Very good service. They covered my floors with drop cloths, cleaned up nicely and hauled away the old unit. Price included the new water heater, a new shutoff, valve, fittings, drip pan and expansion tank. Professional service done very promptly at a fair price. I was extremely satisfied!"

"After several repairs over a couple of years we decided to replace our 14 year old central AC system with a new heat pump system. We got quotes from 3 companies, and decided to go with B.A.R.
